Allow "safe" Javascript in posts

I would like to create some blog posts about the Html5 Canvas element. The canvas element requires javascript to display any content at all. Without JS the element is completely blank. Without JS this set of blog posts is at a standstill.

Please consider these ideas for allowing limited, safe access to JavaScript within posts:

    • A review process to submit javascript code and have it allowed after an “OK, it’s safe” review
    • A read-only “sandbox” hosted on WordPress.com where safe javascript files reside and can be linked to in posts.
    • A certification process whereby WordPress members can earn the ability to post JS in their posts.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
