Allow the table editing available in the annotum themes in the ordinary editor

    On a couple of occasions I have needed a table. Though you can do it with html this is a pain. Since the article editor in the annotum themes allows tables (and equations) I wouldn’t have thought that it would be to hard to put this facility into the standard themes,
