  I want to set up a virtual bulletin board and allow people to post flyers into presized ad spaces. They would need to make an account i assume since there would be an advertising fee. it would look something like this http://i.imgur.com/8NtAr.jpg

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This kind of use is actually a violation of our terms of service. You can read a bit more about what kinds of advertising is and is not allowed on WordPress.com here:

  However, this kind of thing is completely possible over at WordPress.org! You can check out all the capabilities over at:
