Allow users who purchased domain upgrades to configure Facebook Insights

  Facebook allows users who own their own domain to configure Facebook Insights by adding a meta tag to their pages:

  <meta property="fb:admins" content="...."/>

  It would be great if we were able to configure that via the tools page.
