Allowed Memory size error in 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes)

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /home/techrly1/public_html/pnkproject.in/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/theme-shortcodes.php on line 5954

    I get this error when access my website even I am not able to login to the admin panel.
    I have searched but not getting a proper solution please let me know how I can handle this error.

    I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
