Allowing comments without initial moderation?

  Is it possible to allow comments to be posted onto WordPress without moderation like Blogger please?
  I would like to allow all comments but have the ability to delete comments as I wish later. This would assist me in not having to monitor my email box and moderation area so exactly and would give commentors the satisfaction of seeing their comment on the blog immediately.

  It’s possible. It’s done here -> Options -> Discussion. I do not recommend it because it invites automatic posting by spammers and pornographers and provides them with a source great satisfaction. But the choice is yours to make.

  Thanx for that. Yes, I agree but will get around to editing probably every day or so but would just like genuine comments to go up asap.

  Just for the future at wordpress.com, there are no www’s in the blog URL’s. Most browsers will redirect, but some won’t. Your blog URL is: http://ruralaustralia.wordpress.com/ .
