Allowing my email address to show when I comment on another blog

  I’ve been told that I’m a “no-reply” blogger when I post comments on non-Wordpress blogs. Apparently, this means that my email address does not show up when I comment. Is this a setting we can change?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Email addresses do not display unless we type them into the correct field on comment boxes.
