Allowing People to Like posts without registration

  Hello,
  I recently started a blog using WordPress. People have informed me that they are unable to like any of my posts without registration. I have unchecked the option to ‘comment without approval’ and ‘like without registration’ but they are still unable to. I would please need help with this? Thank you so much!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Likes are not the same as comments and are available only to logged in WordPressdotcom users. More about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/likes/
