Allowing post without my approval

  Can someone tell me how to allow people to post on my blog without me having to pre approval?

  Dashboard – options – discussion

  Before a comment appears:

  * An administrator must always approve the comment
  * Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
  * Comment author must have a previously approved comment

  Uncheck all of them.
