Hello. Just created this blog for a group of women who have recently come together to local & national issues. How do I allow the followers to be able to post without my permission?
I want to be able to apprvoe followers – but once they are approved — let them post freely!? Thanks!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
It sounds like you will want to change your blog’s privacy settings to private. To do that, go to My Site –> Settings –> Privacy. Once the blog is set to private, only readers that you approve will be able to read/ comment. Here are some documents on your blog’s privacy:

Thanks – but i want the other women in the group who are now “followers” able to post without asking permission. Can we all be editors or administrators?

Yes you can!
When sending out invites, you can select each user’s role from a dropdown menu as outlined here:https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/#how-to-invite-people-to-your-site
