I was interested in the added protection of my website howver I have an current website that is attached with my domain http://www.allroads65max.org that is hosted with my current hosting company. I assume that when I signed up for my avatar that alligns with my wordpress site I was charge $96.00 to protect my domain name per account (REDACTED) as of now my current hosting company states my domain is not registered please advise regards for me to complete the transfer also as long as it does not affect where my main website http://www.allroads65max.org is hosted with my current hosting company .

Hi @ph2623926, it looks like you signed up to have your site hosted here, and to have the domain transferred to our services, but I can see that domain was not transferred here. It is still with Register.com.
Can you log into the account that you used to make that purchase (the one with the Gravatar on it) and then get in touch with us? If you are logged into the account with the Gravatar on it, you can open a chat here:
