ALM 11.5 – Ajax Truclient FireFox Protocol is not able to script

  Hi,
  I tried to create a develop a script in Ajax TruClient – Firefox using Loadrunner 11.5. But It stating “Communication between VuGen and the Truclient could not be established. This error occurred because you do not have proper permissions….”. I tried with admin user still im facing the same problem. If anyone come across this issue please help me.
