Almost all the photos I posted with my blogs have disappeared from the page!!!!

Can anybody help me with this one?
Evidently, I’ve been posted the photos on my page in the wrong way. To get the photos from my cellphone onto the internet, I post them on my Facebook page first. And then I copy-and-paste them onto my blogs. For several years this worked fine. But recently, most of the photos have vanished from my blogs.
1.) Can anyone tell me if there’s any way I can retrieve all of those vanished photos?
2.) And what’s the appropriate way to post photos on my page?

This is an example where the photos had once been posted along with the blog. But now have vanished.

If anyone can help me with this I’d greatly appreciate it. I’ve been doing my blog for over 4 years. And now it’s ruined without the graphics to go with the writing. So that’s heart-breaking to me. All that work down the toilet.
