  I’ve been building my site but have not been able to move forward, can you tell me how to change the color of my footer without affecting any other items? How can I include an image of the website page container? I would like to put this image of the Chicago L in the back of the entire contact page (not including header) https://thedopeststudio01.wordpress.com/contact/

  To change the color of the footer you need to use some CSS. Custom CSS is part of the Premium and Business plans, therefore you need to upgrade to one of those plans if you like to make this kind of change. You can read more about it here:

  Can you explain a bit more about this? Do you want to put an image as a background for that page?

  You can insert an image above or below your contact form spanning the full width of your page, but you cannot make the image take the whole page (as a backdrop).
