Almost got scammed

    So I can’t seem to edit my site, and I called a number and spoke to someone who was going to charge me $200 for a one time fix to remove malware. I hung up although I thought it was legit so I let him do a remote thing with my computer. Anyway I can’t edit my website and I need real help to make sure I wasn’t hacked and that everything is ok. I can’t even contact you through texting on my website like I always used to when I had a problem. PLEASE help! I paid the $300/year thing, so I should be able to talk to someone without going through forums. Thank you!
