Alphabetical listing

Hello,
I have a foodblog and want to list all of the about 170 postings in an alphabetical order. Do you know a widget that can make this? It would be helpfull if the alphabetical listing could later be corrected manually. Or is it necessary to give to all of the posts some categories?

I have basically the same question. I want to create an index page on which my posted recipes appear in alphabetical order. I used the archives shortcode to get a list, but it lists in order of date posted.
Is there a way to arrange the order alphabetically?

Note: I am not asking about re-ordering the posts themselves. Just creating a page with the posts listed alphabetically.

Is the WordPress blog software in english not the same as the software in german? Why can’t you add plugins although it is an english plugin?
If this is so I would ask a moderator of this forum to delete my four postings. It is misleading! Thanks.
