alphabetize archives
-
I looked at the support page for archives. I would like to have an alphabetized archive list. Currently, I am doing it by hand but it really is a pain and it’s silly to have two archived list. I did not see as one of the options a means to automatically alphabetize the archives — does that mean there is no way or does that mean that the support page did not list all available options. What would be really cool is if it alphabetized the list and had the date of post next to it.
Secondly, if you look at my archive page that I alphabetize by hand, ( http://fruitoftheword.com/alpha-list ), I have it automatically numbered but when you get down to the larger numbers, it does not add space so I have to add the space by hand. Is there a way to set it auto number so that it adds two spaces so the number and title does not run into each other?
here’s my blog ( http://fruitoftheword.com ) — as you can see, I have to archives, one is the automatic one generated by WP and one that I created by hand. I would like to have only one that is alphabetized, if possible.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no way to alphabetize archives or post lists.
The ordered list issue is simply due to the fact that few theme authors figured that anyone would use a numbered list that went more that two digits. To fix it would require CSS editing experience an the paid CSS upgrade.
You could switch things to an unordered list (bulleted).

Thanks. If I knew CSS, I would upgrade as there’s things I’d like to do. But my knowledge of CSS is zero.
Thanks for your quick reply.
