  I already have a website with weebly. How can I make a new site with WordPress and utilize my own domain name?

  you can create your new website on wordpress and after that you can map your currently own domain to your newly created site

  Go to https://wordpress.com/start/free/ to start a free site.

  Please note that you will need an upgraded WordPress.com plan on your site in order to transfer in a domain. Each paid plan comes with a free domain credit you can use to either register a new domain or transfer/map one you already own.
