  Hi there,

  You have a domain with another provider, and you are trying to use it as the address for your WordPress.com site instead of the chickpose1.wordpress.com you are using now?

  What is the URL you are trying to use so we can look it up? Also please note that it is not possible to use a custom address with free WordPress.com sites, but you can do that by upgrading to any of our plans (they all include a custom domain option.)
