“Already Installed”

whenver i go try to make a blog, it tells me
“You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first.”
as far as i know, i don’t have any databases on my computer for a website. -
Excuse the issue; we are currently working to resolve it. I will post here when all is well.
