  I already have a domain name paid for and is directed to a different server. We would like to develop a new Address we are considering WordPress and redirect the old Domain to that new domain without the end user having to do anything. This will involve A. a brand new Domain Name, And redirecting an old domain name to the NEW domain name. The blog URL is not associated with the project I am describing. Other than it is the foundation that has caused the inquiry into building this new blog site.

  If you can reach your hosting management tool ie. cPanel, you should go to the link Redirect which is under Domains Section. There you can specify the Old Domain to redirect to the New Domain.
