  I also have Freshchat , Freshdesk, all of them amd 1 or 2 more, I don’t have a domain yet !. What steps should I take next concerning word press !x

  You will need the Domain Mapping upgrade to use a domain with your WordPress.com site. Domain Mapping is included in all WordPress.com paid plans:

  Once you have purchased a plan, here is a support document that will explain how to set up Domain Mapping with your domain:
