  Hello I paid 99.00 in February 2015 for WordPress premium, and I did not get the added benefits that I paid for. Now what do I do?

  I am unable to use any of the custom apps. The custom themes, fonts, and etc. When I try to use them, the wordpress says that I need to pay 99.00 for the upgrade. I paid for that in Feb. WordPress automatically deducted it from my bank account. I was surprised by that, because I thought WordPress was free. I don’t mind paying the 99.99 yearly, but I want the benefits from it.

  Are you logged into the same account and/or user that purchased the upgrade?

  Hello, I don’t know. My WordPress account name is JoAnne Myers, and my legal name that I use for paying bills is JoAnne Tucker. Would not WordPress have that info on file, to avoid such problems?

  I ask because you can have multiple users on an account, but upgrades are associated with the user that purchased them. If you created any additional users, or have any other accounts, make sure you’re logged in with the one that made the purchase.

  I checked my site and the only name I can find is JoAnne Myers. My account for the 99.99 would have been paid under the name of JoAnne Tucker. Now what do I do to get my monies worth?

  After reading your message to me on my blog, I’d also suggest that you look at the account recovery page since you said you originally paid for the upgrade with a different name. You can see info about that here:
