  I have already paid for three years, why am I prompted to pay again, when trying to create the website? for CCSD-RDC.ORG & .COM.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  You paid your registrar for both domains. If you want to use your custom domain on the wordpress.com platform, you must buy one of our paid plans – https://wordpress.com/pricing/ – together with a Domain Connection, https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  Our service includes SSL hosting, direct support, spam blocking, maintenance, security, and several other services and features.
