Already paid for domain mapping

  On my credit card, I have proof that I already paid for domain mapping, $13.00. But I received another email saying that I need to pay for domain mapping. Can you please help me rectify this situation? I do not want to pay twice.

  Time is short. My domain mapping runs out on the 15th and it is the 13th today.

  I see that you have two domain mappings in your account. You paid for this domain mapping on the 4th:

  nataliedawnthompson.ca

  Then this one was renewed today:

  nataliethompson.ca

  Let me know if you have any questions with this!
