In what way is the theme no longer displaying correctly please? And when did this change occur?

I’m sorry but I’m not clear on whether or not you have edited CSS and I see no notation in the footer of the theme that indicates that the theme has been customized in any way. Are you referring to this blog? http://www.artoftheboards.wordpress.com/ If not then what is the URL of the blog you are referring to please?

I reviewed the finalley WordPress.com account in our system, and I found that the credit card purchase from 2013-05-04 did not go through. Please go to the Store link in your dashboard and try purchasing the Custom Design upgrade again. Make sure to double check your credit card details carefully when you enter them.
