already registered as a domain?

  Hi, I am trying to upgrade to a videopress blog. when i type in the blog address that i would like to have (cstacticaltv.com) i get a red message saying,
  “Sorry, but cstacticaltv.com is already registered as a domain. Do you own this domain and want to map it?”
  We do not own this domain.
  So i go to google and i search for, cstacticaltv.com and i get no results for that address.
  So i search for, cstacticaltv.com in the “HTTP://” address bar and get 0 results.
  So Finally i go to, Godaddy.com and search for this cstacticaltv.com domain, i get 0 results. this domain is non existent.
  so my question is why would i not be able to use this domain/address if it is non existent?

  Hey there,

  Yesterday, our domain registrar, GoDaddy, experienced a significant service outage that caused several problems with our domain registration system. Everything should be functioning again now.

  Can you please go ahead and head to Store -> Domains in your blog’s dashboard and try to purchase your upgrade again?
