Alt text for header images

  How do you get alt text to show on header images? I’m inputting the alt text and description, but when you go to “View Image Info” it isn’t showing up

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Upload the header image into your Media Library first and you will find you can enter the Alt tag when you do that. http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/ Then you can select it as a header image at > Appearance> Header

  I did that and saved it, but when I got to the actual image on the page it isn’t saved.
