Hi there,
I see you’re using the core WordPress gallery block, and it looks like this might actually be an issue with the block itself. That means any fix for this will have to come from WordPress.org before we’ll be able to make it live on WordPress.com.
I’d suggest you use the Jetpack Tiled Galleries block instead, but I also see the issue there. I’ve reported this to the Jetpack team in case they can do something to fix that block, but if not we’ll need to wait for this to be fixed in Core first.
This forum offers mainly volunteer support for free sites hosted on WordPress.com. For help with your Business Plan site you have access to 24/7 live chat and priority email support via the help icon that appears on My Sites, and also via the direct link at https://wordpress.com/help/contact. In future, please open a ticket or chat there, as we’re better able to help you there than in the forums.

I heard back from the Jetpack team, and this is indeed something that will have to be fixed in the open source WordPress software first before we’ll be able to implement it here.
There is already an open issue in Core for this, but I have no way of giving you a timeline on when this might be fixed.
