Alter the edit box size for custom header????

I’ve written a CSS that allows for a custom header. It is a rewrite of neo sapien. (a theme that I love, thanks small potato). Everything works fine until it comes time to upload my newer larger image. I seem to be stuck with the original Neo Sapien size editing box. I end up with a small pic on my new big fat header space. What did I miss? Is there a call in the CSS code that tells the WP software what size edit box to allow?

Once you go for custom CSS, you can no longer use the header uploader feature under appearance in the dashboard since it is set to only accept the standard size for a header.

You have to upload the image to the media library, get the URL of that image and then put that directly into the background declaration in the CSS for the header image.

Of Course!! Can you see me smacking my forehead? I am doing this in other places but for some dumb reason this didn’t occur to me when it comes to the header. Thanks for you help………….
