alter the height of the allocated banner space

  I’m currently using the soundcheck theme and while I realise there is a forum specifically for this theme I thought there might be a general answer for this enquiry (this forum has quicker responses)

  I need to alter the height of the allocated banner space (also called hero slide) at the top of page. I need to make it slightly smaller. In oter words to decrease the space between the image and the menu bar.

  Do you know the CSS code I could enter to achieve this?

  You’re welcome.

  The height I suggested was based on yesterday’s look. Now that you’ve added a bg color to the slider, I think you’d better turn the height to 393px.
