Alternate Widgets and Polls

  Is there a way to get widgets that aren’t on the list on your blog? For example, I want to get a widget that displays where visitors are from. I’ve seen it before, but I don’t know how to get it.

  Also, I’m not so sure how to add polls to the sidebar. It’s not on the list of widgets, so if you could tell me how to add a poll (I already made one). Thanks!
