Alternating Home Pages???

My home page keeps alternating between 2 different formats, one of which has my blog excerpts on the bottom half of the page indented the way I prefer, whereas the excerpts on the other format are not indented at all.
I never even set up this incorrect format, and I have no idea why my home page would look one way half the time and another way the other half of the time. It may have something to do with the newsletter promotion. I never inserted the promo, but it is on the incorrectly formatted page. There is no newsletter promo on the preferred format, and I have no problem doing without the newsletter promo for now.Can someone please help???

When I visit your homepage at https://luketobinfiction.wordpress.com/ I see only one homepage, and although the header image will change if I reload the page, the text content below does not change.

I did not see a section of “blog excerpts on the bottom half of the page” as you mentioned. Is that layout found under a different page that is listed in your menu? Possibly one of these?

– https://luketobinfiction.wordpress.com/blog/If not can you take a screenshot of the two layouts if you happen to catch them? try to be sure you include the URL (page address) in your screenshot as that can sometimes offer us a clue.
