  Are you seriously expecting someone to respond to this rude, obnoxious and childish SHOUTING?
  Blogs are weblogs – they have dates. Timezone settings are found here -> Options -> Date and Time

  Appreciate what? Appreciate volunteers who do not get paid to answer forum questions rushing in to help a toddler throwing a temper tantrum? Personally, I prefer to have a cuppa right now. While drinking it I will contemplate who, other than a spammer, would prefer not to have dates at all on a blog and why.

  I have edited what you said before. I set my blog to only show the year. But nothing has changed. What is your recommendation.

  You need to get rid of the advertising as well as it’s against the wordpress.com TOS and will get your blog deleted.

  I am afraid that http://sacbuilders.wordpress.com/advertising-opportunity/ will get you in trouble since there is no advertising allowed on wp.com right now. Actually answering your question, if you have the CSS upgrade you can just edit the CSS to not show the date at all. It can be done, but it depends on what theme you are using for the specific code.
