I have now deleted/removed my site 8 times in hopes to get my email address correct. When I originally registered, I wasn’t paying close attention and Namecheap used an email that I did not want to use during their EasyWP install. Now WooCommerce has the old email stuck and despite removing it and replacing it on WP the old address is still present. I have repeatedly tried to connect a new account on WooCommerce however the unwanted email account is always present. I can only assume this is preventing me from linking my WooCommerce account in the WP dashboard in order to transfer purchases. I’m brand new to this and any help would be awesome!

Hi! Sorry you’ve had such trouble. I’d recommend just updating the email rather than deleting. That should go a lot smoother.

Can you let us know what email address you’re trying to use, and which account you wanted to associate it with? Note we can help directly with accounts for WordPress.com and its services.
