Alternative to deleting site? Can I make it offline instead?

Hi, I don’t want to delete the website – in-case we reboot our group again in the future, but I want to make it off line and unsearchable.
Is there a way to do this?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Set to Private
Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> Visible to only those I choose
the search engines and people are kept out
