Alternative to iframes for embedding flipbook
-
First off, I am using a free plan so I cannot use any plugins.
My problem is this: I am trying to embed a flipbook reader in my wordpress posts. The embeds provided by the flipbook website uses iframes – here is an example of the code with sample content:

I paste this in an HTML block, and the flipbook appears in the preview but does not work on the live site.
Is there an alternative method for embedding this content without using iframes or plugins? Thanks. -

My lack of tech savvy is shining through… here is a picture of the code since I can’t paste it correctly. https://i.imgur.com/ynySYih.png

Hi there,
What methods are possible to embed content doesn’t depend on us, but on the service providing the content, which is Flipbook in this case. And if all Flipbook offers are iframes, then that’s the only option.
On WordPress.com we don’t allow iframe embeds except on our Business plan or higher. Outside of the Business Plan we only allow oEmbeds on WordPress.com – that’s where you embed content by just pasting in the link, the way Youtube and Twitter embeds work, for example – and we only allow those for a limited list of approved services.
