Altofocus Portfolio featured image

    On the Altofocus blog posts it picks up the first image if there isn’t a featured image. I want it to do this on the portfolio entries where I have imported the image from another site. If you click on the Portfolio entry it shows up at the top as a featured image but it doesn’t show in the grid view. I can’t set the image as the featured image as it isn’t in my media library. This works with Rebalance Portfolio if you don’t set the featured image but I really want to use Altofocus.
