Alves theme has unwanted ‘contact fields’ content embedded in ALL new pages

Using WordPress.com free account, with Alves theme. Question: How do I find and remove the contact form from the widget or footer when I can’t even find it? Read on as it’s not that simple lol.

Any new page that I create on the Alves, including blank, has embedded invisible contact fields, and that cannot be removed. They don’t appear as blocks and so cannot be edited. They’re part of either, footers, widgets because the problem occurs soon as I unhide site footer & widgets………. But I still can’t find the source.

I have no access to CSS because this is a free account.

I’ve removed the theme, gone back to a blank theme, then reinstated the Alves theme, but the problem persists.

I’ve put in loads of time sifting through various themes, and invested considerable time into this one, so I want to resolve the issue. Really appreciate any help on this.

Cancel the request guys! I just edited the Widgets in the ‘Appearance’ menu and deleted the only thing I could see that might be related. Even though the fields didn’t match, it was the cause of the problem, and deletion resolved it.
