Alves Theme – Pictures

  How do I get my website to look a bit more visual like in the Alves theme?

  I would like to know how to get my pages to show their pictures across the website home page as shown in the theme above.

  Would I have to tag them under featured?

  Also, how can I add buttons on those pictures (like the donate and contact buttons) to show up on the page?

  Hi! This site is using a different theme — Dyad.

  Did you want to switch to Alves? If so you can get that look by using featured images with each post. Make sure they’re big enough to stretch nicely across the screen.

  Oops – I just double checked and Alves is a block theme. So for _that_ look, you’ll use the Cover block wherever you want an image across the screen like that, and you’ll add the desired text over it.
