Always appear the same post as the first one

I would wan to ask why one of my post appear always as the first one. I make new post but always the first post that people see when enter to the blogs reamain the same.

If you have made on or more of your posts into a “sticky post” it will continue to be stuck to the front page of your blog at the top untii you remove that designation. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
