Always asked to 'Refresh Connection with Twitter'

    Whenever I make a new post I am reminded to Refresh Connection with Twitter. I do this and the same problem occurs when I next start a new one. I’ve been on Twitter and checked if my profile settings were
    Any ideas as to why?
