Alwoys on top menu bar in Singl Theme

  Hi,
  is it possible to make the menu bar always on top when page is scrolled down – just like the wordpress bar when i’m logged in?

  my page is http://www.paskoicoto.pl and i’m talking about this yellow bar on top. i always want to have access to these 3 bars menu button .

  Hi there, add the following to your custom CSS to fix your menu at the top of the page

  #header-wrapper {
      position: fixed;
  }

  How to do this on the Twenty Fourteen theme so that the menu bar will also stay on top on mobile (phone) devices?
