  I always get this message ‘Installation failed: Internal Server Error’ when i try to install a plugin. Please what is wrong? I need a solution to this please

  That ‘Installation failed: Internal Server Error’ error message is a wordpress software install message.

  That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
