Am I able to add a site.WordPress.com for free?

  I want to add another site.wordpress.com. I have 4 of these websites. Am I able to add another one for free like I did the other 4 sites? When I choose add a site it takes me to choosing a plan that is not free.

  I have clicked on the “Start with free” button but then it takes me through to the “Let’s get your site a domain!” page with only priced options available

  Has the free option been withdrawn?
