am I allowed multiple sites under business plan

  with the business plan account, do i get multiple sites for the 25$ a month annually..?

  I must say, a year in advance is just wrong. Quarterly is reasonable sure.

  At that rate I might as well start from the ground up, make a site for free, and use the 300$ for a computer to build it with.

  The plan you purchase is per site. If you are wanting a plan for multiple sites, you would need to purchase an individual plan for each site that you have.
