Am I allowed to have two domain names under one email address or must I have only one blog for each

  I want to write a blog which is totally unconnected from my current one.
  I want the pen name to be different, so that I get more objective feedback. It is hardly about something terrible – it is in fact about literature and history- but it I do wish the pen names to be different and for there to be no connection between the two blogs.
  Can this be done, or will my icon picture and main user name appear on the blog?
  Will I have to use a second email address to get a second domain name?
