  I can’t seem to find where I can install and administer plugins in my WordPress admin interface. I just don’t see the Plugins menu as described several places. Would greatly appreciate some advice… :)

  Plugins are not permitted on WordPress.com. They may only be used with externally-hosted blogs using the WordPress.org software. Please see –
