  For the last 7hrs or so, I’ve been trying to get a response from wordpress.com/support to resolve an issue. So far, no response.

  Am I being ignored?

  I recommend checking your spam folder also it takes time for staff to respond back

  @tcconnect support staff will get back to you as soon as they can – there’s a bit of a backlog due to most staff being in transit.
