Am I doing something wrong – transferring my blog to another user?

  I want to transfer my blog to another user. I tried to follow the instructions from the site – but when I go to the Dashboard, and click on My Blogs, it takes me to the My Blogs page on the home screen, even though the instructions specifically say it will take me to a different page, and stresses that I can’t transfer from the home screen.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s not necessary at all. Just go to the dashboard of the blog in question and Invite them as a user.

  The “My Blogs” you’re looking for is found in the Dashboard of your site. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/

  Don’t click the “My Blogs” link in the Admin Bar because that *does* bring you to the WordPress.com homepage.
